Master McGrath Bar

The tiered Master McGrath Bar area extends over two thirds of the upper floor where you can enjoy a drink with an unimpeded view of racing – just like the Restaurant and Corporate suites.  It also incorporates two “Snug” Areas in the middle tier, each of which can be reserved for parties of up to forty people (Thursday and Friday only).  These are intended for more informal dining.
 
Alternatively, the downstairs Mick The Miller Bar allows customers to either view racing on plasma television screens or go trackside and enjoy the buzz of the betting ring while standing only inches from the live action. Click here for the 360 degree Virtual Tour.

Bar Customers coming in groups should avail of our Stadium Trio or Club Deal – available for €13 and €18 respectively.  These packages are ideal for an enjoyable, casual night out and offer great bargains for admission, fast food, drinks and tote vouchers. 

These deals are available all year round for parties of 10 or more but must be pre-booked.

The Laurels Restaurant

This luxurious three-tiered glass encased restaurant allows up to 180 diners enjoy trackside racing action while appreciating fine food and wine. Tote betting facilities come to you from our courteous staff rather than having to leave the comfort of your table.

Starter

  • Curraheen style cream of root vegetable soup with herb croutons.
  • Ballycotton creamy seafood chowder with Ballycotton prawns, Oyster Haven mussels, salmon and cod fused with star anise and Pernod.
  • Tuna Teriyaki burgers places on toasted Ciabatta bread with a wasabi aviolli.
  • Greek salad of sun dried tomato, kalamata olives and feta cheese, drizzled with a cucumber natural yogurt dressing.
  • Baby back Pork ribs coated in honey and soy sauce served with oriental stir fried noodles.

Main Course

  • 10oz Sirloin of prime Irish Steak, grilled, as you like, accompanied by a three peppercorn and cracked black pepper cream sauce.
  • Honey roasted half Duck with a sage and thyme stuffing finished with a red wine jus.
  • Oven Baked Darne of East Cork Salmon filled with a basil and pine nut pesto, glazed with a white wine and citrus sauce.
  • Pan Seared Supreme of Clonakilty Chicken stuffed with sweet potato and herb stuffing, wrapped in bacon, and served with an apple and cider jus.
  • Tonight’s Special:  Roast fillet of Seabass with a caper, saffron and tomato broth - €8 supplement

All above are served with fresh mixed market vegetables and potatoes

Dessert

  • Baileys Cheesecake accompanied by a cappuccino Anglais sauce and freshly whipped cream
  • Raspberry Crème Brulee coated in Demerara sugar and topped with a berry compote
  • Warm chocolate fudge cake topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup
  • Warm apple, raisin and hazelnut tart surrounded by an anglais and apple sauce
